Overview
EFFECTA is a perforated coating pan designed for tablet film coating and sugar coating in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical production. The machine features a functionally shaped perforated drum and purpose-designed baffles to ensure thorough mixing of cores and even distribution of coating dispersion throughout the process.

Optimised coating process
EFFECTA ensures controlled coating application through an advanced spray system delivering fine atomisation for consistent core finishing. Switchable spray guns enable rapid changeover between film and sugar coating, while the integrated dosing unit (peristaltic and volumetric options) provides accurate dispersion dosing and saves production space.
