Overview
The GS coating pan is a versatile tablet and pellet coater engineered for pharmaceutical and related industries. Featuring a solid-wall pan design and optional interchangeable drums, GS machines accommodate laboratory R&D and full-scale production. The system supports tablet film coating, sugar coating and processing of pellets and microgranules, with configurations for exhausting and/or blowing paddles to match process requirements.

Smart cleaning
Cleaning is simplified by the solid-wall pan design. Programmable cleaning cycles (washing, rinsing, discharge) can be created per product and stored in recipes to reduce downtime and ensure repeatable hygiene procedures.

Machine versions
Production GS models scale from GS 25 to GS 700 to cover nominal capacities up to 700 L. Laboratory MYLAB systems use the same core technology with interchangeable drums (fully perforated or solid wall) for process development and easy scale-up. Typical lab drum batches: 1.5–6 L; optional smaller drum: 0.5–2 L.
