Description

The 16 mm FASPROP is a high-precision, 2/2 proportional valve engineered for accurate low flow control, down to ml/min. It offers a frictionless design for enhanced repeatability. Used by the largest Gas Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry manufacturers to enable wider gas control range and increased repeatibility & controlability. Its FFKM option enables excellent resistance to aggressive gas. 2/2 NC - Cartridge mounting High controllability in dosing gases in ml range High stability in closed loop control systems Cleaned for analytical applications Repeatable proportional characteristic over the lifetime Product branding Footprint 16 mm Medium Compressed air, neutral gases Operation Direct acting 2-way valve Normally closed Pressure Range 0 to 10 bar Leakage 10-3 mbar x l/s Life cycle (mio) ≥ 100 Mio. cycles Power consumption 0.5 W Mounting option Cartridge Filtration Orifice sizes from 0,05 to 0,3 mm: 5 µm filter already integrated Orifice sizes 0,5 mm: 5 µm filters can be integrated on request or to be placed before the valve Seal Material FPM In Contact with media SS Application Applicability Analytical Biosciences
