Description of our Saturated pure steam Sterilizers The PSS saturated steam sterilization equipment is designed in a rectangular shape and with square doors to adapt to the shape of the trolleys. The doors are opened and closed automatically from the control of the equipment, where all the actions of the equipment are also managed (Alarms, Graphs, User, Recipes, Synoptics, Slogans, etc). In the technical area a high-performance liquid ring pump is placed to make the vacuum to the chamber, to remove the air and replace it with steam, and it is used to extract in real time the condensates that accumulate which allows to maintain a perfect uniformity of temperature. In this technical area all the necessary components for the operation of the equipment are installed, and they are dimensioned to optimize the cycle time. The equipment is manufactured with high quality stainless steel, using orbital or TIG type welding methods. As for the qualification of the cameras, they are tested and validated according to very strict quality protocols. We have standard models with useful volumes that range from 288l to 8,960l, but can be customized according to customer requirements.
