Due to its compact shape and high productivity, the CC COSMO+ milling unit is suitable for all laboratories seeking reliability, precision and independence with respect to materials and system openness. It contains a holder for up to 20 drilling instruments 6mm Ø thick. For optimum results, CC COSMO+ will do a control test of the drilling instrument before each use. It enables you to mill an extremely wide array of materials. The milling material comes most commonly in the shape of a Ø 98mm disk, while an adaptor is available for smaller ceramic blocks. To plan the milling process, SUM3D is used, which is one of the best dental CAM programs. The system is fully open and simple to use. CC COSMO+ has preset strategies for milling all materials. The cast iron base of the device provides durability and minimum vibrations during operation, thus providing maximum precision. The steering system contains a combination of electronic and industrial elements that provide quality and reliable operation.
