Product overviewThe InviDx® System is a modular molecular testing platform for decentralized research and laboratory environments. It pairs the compact InviDx® instrument with dedicated test kits (prefilled 12‑well reaction strips) to perform rapid nucleic acid amplification and colorimetric detection. The system supports single or multiplex LAMP assays and provides automated result interpretation via the InviDx® Hub web application.
Highlights- Compact molecular testing instrument: Isothermal amplification (LAMP) with colorimetric readout and software-assisted automated result interpretation.
- Parallel detection of multiple targets: Test kits enable singleplex or multiplex detection of predefined pathogens or resistance markers in one run.
- Rapid end-to-end workflow: From sample preparation to interpreted result in under 60 minutes; target detection typically in 30–45 minutes.
- Designed for decentralized testing: Compact footprint and simplified workflow for deployment in research, veterinary, environmental and other decentralized settings.
- Centralized data management: InviDx® Hub provides standardized result interpretation and centralized oversight of run data.
TechnologyInviDx® InstrumentThe InviDx® instrument performs isothermal LAMP amplification on prefilled 12‑well reaction strips and monitors reactions by image capture for colorimetric endpoint detection. The instrument is optimized for low-throughput, single-sample runs with automated data transfer to the InviDx® Hub.
InviDx® Test KitsEach test kit contains prefilled, lyophilized LAMP reaction mixes in 12‑well strips, plus integrated positive and negative controls. Strips are formatted for single-sample analysis and allow multiplexed detection of up to 10 predefined targets depending on the kit configuration.
InviDx® HubThe InviDx® Hub is a web-based application that receives instrument data, performs automated qualitative analysis, applies standardized interpretation rules, and centralizes result and run management for decentralized testing networks.

Additional informationThe workflow uses 12‑well reaction strips provided with the test kits. After sample preparation the strip is loaded into the instrument for isothermal amplification and image-based monitoring. The InviDx® Hub processes run data and returns automated qualitative results. The system is intended for Research Use Only (RUO) and is not approved for clinical diagnostic use.
