FAQs- Can different nucleic acid types be purified separately from the same sample? — Co-purification occurs when multiple nucleic acid types are present; viral nucleic acids will be co-purified with genomic nucleic acids.
- Can tissue be used as starting material? — Yes; a supplemental protocol for tissue is available.
- What is the composition of Elution Buffer M? — Elution Buffer M: 10 mM Tris, pH 8.5–9.
