Glove Box Dry System is a controlled-atmosphere glove box with an integrated process gas purification unit, designed to remove trace moisture and enable operations in an anhydrous environment. The unit is modular, constructed in stainless steel and equipped with a touch control panel for parameter management, monitoring and alarms.
Main components and functions- AISI 316L stainless steel structure composed of 2 independent modules; modules communicate via a tilting pass-through door with 300 mm usable diameter.
- Removable central joining walls and removable side walls, prepared for addition of modules.
- Support frame in AISI 304 stainless steel.
- Front panels of each module with 2 stainless steel flanges and 2 BIIR gloves.
- Internal shelf and grid for instrument storage.
- Worktop with 'dip coater' containment compartment equipped with a fluid drain.
- External flanged interface for process instrumentation with internal tilting hatch.
- Provision for installation of an additional filter group.
- Filtered overpressure valve, certified.
- Solvent removal kit.
- Internal temperature probe.
- Oxygen analyzer for ppm measurement inside the chambers.
- Dewpoint meter (ppmv) for internal humidity measurement.
- Available packages: Modified Atmosphere Pack and Pressure Control Pack.
- DRY SYSTEM (process gas purification system) located at the side of the glove box with structure in AISI 304 stainless steel, rigid connections in AISI 316 stainless steel, KF TC joints and RJ connector.
- Tilt-adjustable control panel with Simatic Siemens touch for visualization and management of all functional parameters of the work areas, alarms and the purification system.
