Material & Design
The lamp features an aluminum and integrated ABS engineering-plastic shell with an embedded aerospace-grade aluminum top cover for efficient heat dissipation. Electrostatic sprayed surface and antibacterial coating meet operating-room hygiene and cleaning requirements. The ultra-thin streamlined lamp head is compatible with laminar-flow purification systems. A 360° surround handle provides ergonomic, sterile positioning during procedures.

Light source & thermal management
The SK-LLD700Z uses original imported OSRAM LEDs (81 lamp beads) mounted on an aluminum substrate within an ABS frame to optimize heat dissipation and reduce lamp-head weight. This design minimizes temperature rise at the surgical field and surgeon head during long procedures, enhancing patient and staff safety.

Sterilization & hygiene features
The central detachable disinfection handle is made of PPSU and supports high-temperature, high-pressure steam sterilization, enabling sterile adjustments. Antibacterial coating on the shell supports operating-room infection-control protocols.
