The GB8e is an orthopedic traction electric bed designed for orthopedic wards, trauma units, postoperative recovery and rehabilitation facilities. It features an aluminium Balkan frame, a three-motor electric system for independent adjustment of backrest, knee-rest and height, and a safe working load of 250 kg. Platform options include stamped steel, ABS or resin X‑ray translucent panels.

Bed surface
Stamped forming platform with smooth, welded-free finish and standard bearing capacity of 250 kg. Optional ABS platform or resin X-ray translucent platform for diagnostic needs.

Virgin ABS
High-grade virgin ABS components are sterilizable up to 100°C and offer tensile strength up to 30 MPa, suitable for patient-contact parts such as head/foot panels and side rails.

Steel and painting
Structural steel components (Baosteel) receive an 11-step epoxy coating with ASTM-tested antibacterial properties. Typical paint thickness ≈ 0.12 mm, brightness ~60%, with high impact resistance (test level up to 50 kg where specified).
