Our Switch 75 comes standard with an integrated de-/renester system, but can also be integrated into your production line via turn table or directly inline. Two inspection carousels allow the inspection of vials and syringes on one machine. With up to 12 camera stations, you can check all important defect criteria for liquid as well as freeze-dried products - from particles in the product to numerous cosmetic defects to the tightness of vials filled with lyo product.
