Labotemp Hydrogen Peroxide Plasma Sterilizer LPP-101 provides a 60 L chamber for low-temperature (50 ± 5°C) residue-free sterilization using hydrogen peroxide vapor combined with plasma generation. It is developed for sterilizing heat- and moisture-sensitive medical devices that cannot tolerate conventional steam sterilization, offering deep penetration into complex instruments while preserving material compatibility and instrument integrity.

Operation & Control
The LPP-101 is designed for reliable daily use with a PLC control system and a touchscreen HMI for one-touch cycle management, parameter setting and real-time monitoring. Features include U-disk (USB) data storage for sterilization records, automatic fault detection, precise hydrogen peroxide injection and decomposition to water and oxygen at cycle end. The aluminum-alloy inner chamber ensures corrosion resistance and uniform conditions.
