Description

Product Overview
Labotemp Hydrogen Peroxide Plasma Sterilizer LPP-102 is a 100 L low-temperature plasma sterilizer designed for safe, residue-free sterilization of delicate medical devices that cannot tolerate conventional steam autoclave temperatures. The system combines hydrogen peroxide vapor, vacuum conditioning and plasma activation to eradicate microorganisms while preserving the integrity of heat- and moisture-sensitive instruments. With an operating temperature of approximately 50 ± 5°C, the unit is intended for endoscopes, ophthalmic instruments, laparoscopic tools, surgical accessories and other precision medical equipment used in hospitals, clinics and research laboratories.

Design & Operation
The LPP-102 features an intelligent PLC-based control platform with touch-screen HMI, automated cycle management, real-time process monitoring and one-touch operation. The optimized rectangular aluminum-alloy chamber improves loading efficiency and ensures uniform sterilant distribution. Advanced gas plasma sterilization converts residual hydrogen peroxide into water vapor and oxygen, leaving no harmful residues. Integrated safety diagnostics, automatic fault detection and a hydrogen peroxide purification device are included to support dependable long-term operation and regulatory traceability.
