Labotemp Bacteriological Incubator LBI-102 is a forced-convection laboratory incubator engineered to deliver precise, uniform temperature control for microbiology, clinical diagnostics, pharmaceutical quality control and biomedical research. The 65 L chamber supports routine and regulated workflows within a range of RT+5°C to 120°C, with 0.1°C resolution, ±0.5°C fluctuation and ±1.0°C uniformity.

Construction and Operation
The unit combines a mirror-finish stainless-steel inner chamber with an embossed SUS304 stainless-steel exterior for corrosion resistance and easy decontamination. Temperature is measured by a PT100 sensor and managed by a dual-stage intelligent PID controller. Vertical dual-air-duct forced convection, a stainless-steel heating tube and a 4-level / 3-speed adjustable circulation fan ensure rapid heat recovery and even distribution. Operation and monitoring use an LCD controller with programmable 0–9999 minute timer, fixed-value and timed modes, independent over-temperature protection and audible alarm for sample safety.
