Description

Product Overview
Labotemp Vacuum Freeze Dryer LFD-204 provides controlled laboratory-scale lyophilization with an integrated manual vacuum vial capping system. This floor-standing unit features a 0.08 m² drying area, three stainless steel Ø180 mm trays, a -60°C cold trap (optional -80°C) and an ultimate vacuum of 2 Pa to deliver efficient sublimation while preserving sample integrity. The transparent corrosion-resistant PE drying chamber allows continuous visual monitoring and the manual capping function enables vials to be sealed under vacuum after drying.

Operation & Control
The LFD-204 integrates a 7-inch color touchscreen HMI with real-time monitoring of vacuum, temperatures and freeze-drying curves, automatic parameter storage and USB data export. Energy-efficient Secop refrigeration with hybrid technology ensures stable low-temperature performance. Safety and convenience features include delayed vacuum pump start, vacuum alarms, power-off auto-inflation, inert gas filling port, one-touch defrost and magnetic maintenance access.

Why Choose LFD-204
  • Secure Sample Sealing: Manual capping enables vacuum sealing of vials after lyophilization to maintain sample quality.
  • Smart Process Management: 7-inch touchscreen, real-time monitoring, USB export and automatic parameter storage streamline workflows.
  • Laboratory-grade Reliability: Secop refrigeration, corrosion-resistant construction and low-maintenance design support routine use.
