The C650H Headspace Gas Analyzer is a portable instrument designed for fast, accurate determination of O2 (standard) and optional CO2 in sealed pouches, bottles, cans and other hollow packaging. It suits production lines, warehouses and laboratories for process control and product inspection.

Test Principle
The sample's headspace gas is drawn into the sensor by a vacuum pump. The sensor outputs real-time current and voltage signals proportional to O2 and optionally CO2 concentrations. The instrument computes gas content from these signals, stops when end conditions are met and records measured concentrations.

• Pouches / Bags
  Determination of O2 and optional CO2 in non-negative-pressure pouches and packaging bags such as coffee, cheese, milk tea, powdered milk, bread, soybean powder, modified atmosphere packaging, ready-to-eat food and pharmaceuticals.
• Packaging Containers
  Determination of O2 and optional CO2 in cans, Tetra Pak, beverage containers and similar packaging containers.
