The Leica DB80LX low-profile disposable microtome blades are designed to produce thin, high-precision histological sections. Constructed with selected materials and an additional coating step that strengthens the cutting edge, these blades are suitable for routine specimens, biopsies and dense or hard tissues. Rounded corners improve handling safety. For use with Leica Biosystems microtomes and cryostats classified and labeled as in vitro diagnostic (IVD) devices for histological diagnosis.
