Description

Regulators especially suitable for specialty gases where demands on purity, tightness and safety are high. C 200/1 is preferred where the primary pressure is fairly constant (e.g. for gases in liquid phase). C 200/1 can be plain or equipped with a shut-off valve, a metering valve or equipped for purging of the high-pressure side. It can also be equipped with inert gas purge valve or with triple purge block. C 200/2 is preferred when a very stable secondary pressure is necessary and the primary pressure varies. C 200/2 can be plain or equipped with a shut-off valve, a metering valve or equipped for purging of the high-pressure side. It can also be equipped with inert gas purge valve, with triple purge block or with downstream purge. C 12hv/1 is suited for all low vapor pressure gases of all purities and gas mixtures, especially liquified gases. The regulator is designed to reduce inlet pressure to very low outlet pressures and be able to regulate low pressures very precisely. The regulator also has vacuum dosing capability down to 0.1 bar abs. C 12hv/1 can be plain or equipped with a shut-off valve or a metering valve. It can also be equipped with inert gas purge valve or with triple purge block. C 200hv/2 is designed to reduce inlet pressure to very low outlet pressures and be able to regulate low pressures very precisely. The regulator also has vacuum dosing capability down to 0.1 bar abs. C 200hv/2 can be plain or equipped with a shut-off valve or a metering valve.
