NEPTUN Mix comprises two cement mixing systems (Bowl and Cartridge) for preparation of bone cement under vacuum conditions. Both systems enable homogeneous, low-air mixtures and are designed for different intraoperative scenarios. The systems use a common, technically matched accessory set for vacuum supply and deliver reproducible results in clinical routine.

NEPTUN Mix Bowl
The NEPTUN Mix Bowl is developed for orthopaedics and suited for primary knee arthroplasty as well as complex revision procedures. A dedicated rotation-axis mechanism ensures even mixing with low porosity and high homogeneity. Processing is performed under vacuum and the ergonomic design facilitates handling in the operating room.

NEPTUN Mix Cartridge
The cartridge system offers a compact format for vacuum mixing and allows visual monitoring of the mixing process through a transparent cartridge wall. The cartridge can be connected directly to an applicator gun via a screw thread; an ergonomic T-handle and a color-coded break-off point simplify handling.

Vacuum pump and tubing system
