Overview
The Labclave-L laboratory autoclave is engineered to reduce environmental impact across its lifecycle while providing reliable sterilisation performance. The range features an updated exterior, an interior optimised for efficient steam generation, front access and removable side panels for simplified servicing. Standard equipment includes Air-Ballast technology, pneumatically operated powered doors with safety edge and emergency stop, an armoured stainless steel load probe and an enhanced 20-program touchscreen control panel for flexible operation.

Key Features

• Air Ballast System: provides chamber overpressure during cooling to protect fluid loads and sealed containers, enabling faster cooling with reduced risk of breakage or volume loss.
• Advanced Water Conservation System: optimised tank arrangement separating heated and cold water to enhance recirculation and reduce water-to-drain ratio.
• Exhaust Condensate Unit: re-circulates exhaust condensate to keep discharge temperatures below 70°C, protecting plastic pipework and vacuum pumps on vacuum models.
• Automatic Door with Safety Edge & E-Stop: pneumatically locked powered doors with safety edge and emergency stop; interlock prevents door release until chamber pressure and temperature are safe.
• Armoured Load Probe: stainless steel armoured flexible probe supplied as standard for durable and accurate temperature monitoring.
• 20-program touchscreen control panel: intuitive interface offering multiple cycle options and operational flexibility.
• Steam generation options: integral generator or direct steam available depending on model configuration.

Larger-capacity models (640 and 730 litres) and pass-through Labclave-L models (330, 390, 450, 640, 730 litres) are in development and due late 2025. Overall dimensions are typical and may change depending on configuration.
