Overview
Leak Tester Control (LTC) is an instrument for periodic verification and calibration of leak and flow testing equipment. The integrated leak simulator allows exact verification of the test system’s detection and rejection behaviour.

Performance
The LTC is connected in derivation between the testing equipment and the part under test using the supplied Staubli® quick-coupling T fitting. The operator adjusts leak flow via a manual needle valve or enables/disables the simulated leak from the 3.5" touchscreen. Internal pressure and flow sensors measure line pressure and actual leak flow; both values are displayed simultaneously for direct comparison.

Connectivity
USB port for PC connection and support for USB pen drive for data recording and software updates.

How it is used
The LTC is installed between the leak tester and the component under test. The operator sets or simulates leaks to verify detection thresholds and test programming. The instrument provides direct readout of pressure and flow and supports periodic calibration and verification procedures for traceability.
