Overview
Tecna provides software managers for Provaset instruments to collect, visualise and export test data: Supervisor, jServer, jT3Manager and SWLAB LabVIEW drivers.

SUPERVISOR: Test Data Collection and Process Statistical Analysis

• COMMUNICATION: USB, RS485 serial line or Ethernet (HMI); protocol Modbus RTU. Up to 16 instruments per license.
• STATUS: real-time visualization of line and equipment status.
• TEST/OPERATIONAL PARAMETERS: edit, backup and restore parameters on equipment; direct parameter modification.
• PROGRAMMABLE TEST SEQUENCE: submit table lists to TM3 modules and execute sequential tests.
• TEST DATA: saving, counting and searching of test records by date or custom filters (SQLite, MySQL). Export statistics and data in CSV format.
• GRAPHS: real-time graphs and exportable graph data in CSV (TM3 only).
• BARCODE, QRCODE AND PRINTER: link serial number, batch and operator codes via barcode/QR reader; print labels with test data.
• ADMIN: user management and access rules for software functions.
• CALIBRATION: TM3 module calibration procedures with HTML step saving.

Supervisor optional modules
Supervisor can be extended with modules for data traceability, electronic records (e.g. 21 CFR Part 11) and custom ERP interfaces.

jServer: Network system to collect Provaset T3L, T2 and T3 test data

• SYSTEM: server service receives test data directly from Provaset T3, T3L and T2 instruments.
• CLIENT: multi-PC client for visualization, search and export of saved data.
• REQUIREMENT: Java 1.8 or higher required.

SWLAB Tecna Driver LabVIEW

• LabVIEW drivers for remote management of T3L, T2, TM3 and T3 using Modbus protocol.
• Provided as a starting point to accelerate customer integration and LabVIEW interface development.

jT3Manager: PC software to manage Provaset T3 and collect data

• COMMUNICATION: USB, serial or Ethernet interface to Provaset T3.
• PARAMETERS: modify, backup and restore test parameters.
• REAL-TIME: visualization of equipment status.
• DATA COLLECTION: collect test data and results; export in Excel-compatible formats; automatic PDF report generation.
• REQUIREMENT: Java 1.8 or higher.
