Product overviewMarposs is the preferable partner also as supplier of integrated systems. Dedicated to laboratories, this line of product is designed as the easiest and safest way to process chemical solutions. This magnetic separator system allows the operator to load and unload cylindrical containers ergonomically; containers are moved into a magnet for processing in a segregated area. The separation process is configurable across all its variables. This bioreactor is suitable to work flexibly with a wide range of container sizes, differing in diameter or height.
Operation and main featuresAn extremely compact bench, designed to be used as a stand-alone station in a laboratory. Provided with wheels, it can be easily moved and connected even to a non-industrial voltage power grid. The structure provides two shelves to host, optionally, a printer and a peristaltic pump. A laminar flow unit can be integrated in the upper frame of the bench.
Operator loading side is protected by immaterial barriers whose intrusion stops the process. Once the container is manually placed on the elevator and the curtain is restored, the container under process is moved down through the toroid magnet to a pre-set position thanks to a linear axis. A sliding top cover is then manually positioned over the container to segregate the process.
Recipe parameters are managed through a touch graphic interface running on the built-in console panel located on the front of the machine. The same screen is used to display alarms or messages and to command the integrated devices.
