VisiQuick™ is a flexible inspection system designed for dimensional and geometric checks, on a sample basis, of a wide range of glass containers with different sizes, shapes and colours. It can be installed in the laboratory or near the production line (cold end).

Description

• VisiQuick™ includes one or more modular measuring stations configurable per application.
• External dimensions measuring station: one or two high-resolution cameras with telecentric lens and collimated illuminator to measure external features such as total height, verticality, bent neck, mouth parallelism, body parameters (diameter, long/short sides and diagonal on non-round containers, height at a given diameter, etc.) and finish parameters on any finish type (diameters, heights, angles, radii, etc.).
• Inside diameter and profile measuring station: rotating/translating bore gauge for dynamic measurement of mouth inside diameter and profile.
• Weight and push-up measuring station: industrial scale and ultrasonic sensor integrated in the same station.
• Wall thickness measuring station: based on chromatic confocal technology for local wall thickness mapping.
• Labelling area profile measuring station (patent application filed): optical system to detect and measure sinks and bulges in the container labelling area.
