With multiple wearing options and accessories, OPUS 2 lets recipients choose the best setup for their daily lives. OPUS 2 has a modular design, allowing custom configurations of different battery packs and wearing options.
Never use excessive force when you assemble your OPUS 2. If you encounter any resistance during any of the assembly steps, you probably need to adjust the position of one or more parts.
Plug the coil cable into the control unit.
Ensure the arrow is on top.
Attach the battery pack frame to the control unit.
Lock the battery pack frame using the connecting piece.
Connect the coil cable to the D Coil.
Ensure the center ridge is on top.
Insert the batteries with positive (+) poles facing out.
Slide on the battery pack cover. Close the battery pack cover lock.
Turning On and Off
The battery pack cover functions as the ON and OFF switch. To turn OPUS 2 on, simply slide the battery pack cover onto the frame and close the battery pack lock.
To turn OPUS 2 off just remove the battery pack cover. When you’re not using your OPUS 2, remove the battery pack cover completely to prolong the battery life of your audio processor.
Changing the Batteries
When the indicator light on the control unit continuously blinks red, it’s time to replace the batteries.
