Compact and lightweight, it is designed to be worn inside most nursing bras with Medela Hands‑free Collection Cups to allow discreet, hands‑free expression. The collection cups are anatomically shaped, ultra‑light (76 g each) and composed of only three parts for simple cleaning.

Practical notes
The wearable Collection Cups are intended for expression and must not be used for long‑term milk storage. Each cup holds up to 150 ml. Cups are placed inside a nursing/pumping bra; bra fit plus vacuum seal hold them in place while pumping. Cups come in three tunnel sizes (21 mm, 24 mm, 27 mm) to support different nipple diameters. Clean after every use and disinfect daily (boil 10 minutes or microsteam). Wipe the exterior of tubing; do not rinse or immerse the inside of tubing.

Care & cleaning
Only three cup parts to clean. Dishwasher safe on top rack only. Boil parts for 10 minutes before first use. Disinfect daily if required. Do not clean the interior of tubing; wipe the outside only.
