Neuroforma is a computer-based neurological rehabilitation system combining interactive software, sensory interfaces and motion capture to support personalized rehabilitation programs for patients with neurological disorders. How it works
The patient stands or sits facing the screen and sees a mirrored representation of their movements. Virtual objects appear around the reflection; the patient moves the reflection to interact with objects (catch, move, hit). The system provides immediate biofeedback and presents short-term statistics and long-term progress reports after sessions.

Exercises and therapeutic approach
Neuroforma uses a database of interactive tasks combining motor and cognitive demands in a dual-task paradigm. This integration engages both physical and cognitive functions during the same exercise and is intended to support adherence and measurable functional gains. The mirror therapy module replaces a physical mirror with camera and display transformations so patients with unilateral weakness perceive symmetrical movement of the affected limb.
