Flexibility for Unique Applications Flexibility for Unique Applications Select hygienic pH sensors in this family offer models for very specific applications. For example, in some applications, such as double-jacket vessels, side entry of a pH sensor is impossible; the InPro® 3100iUD is a sterilizable pH probe that can be implemented in upside-down applications for bottom-entry installation. The LoT406 puncture pH electrode offers a needle-shaped glass membrane for direct penetration into foods such as fruit, meat and dairy products.
