Description

Tungsten Halogen Lamp Spectrum: VIS, NIR Quartz Tungsten Halogen Lamp Spectrum: UV, VIS, NIR Areas of application: Used as VIS-NIR / UV-VIS-NIR light sources for absorbance, reflectance of liquid substances, alloys and compound. We offer new a powerful light source based on a halogen lamp technology. This is a compact stabilized halogen fan-cooled light source that can be used for the visible and the near infrared range (370 – 2000 nm) or ultraviolet, visible and the near infrared range (240 – 2700 nm) in spectroscopic applications. The light source is equipped with a focusing system based on a mirror collimator. This gives advantages over other light sources, working in the same spectral range. Because reflection occurs at the surface of this optics, the wavelength dependent index of refraction does not come into play. Therefore, there is no variation in how a mirror treats different incident wavelengths. The output power of the lamp is regulated through a stabilized power supply and can reach a maximum value of 50/100 watts. In addition, the device is equipped with a connector SMA 905, which allows maximize light coupling into a fiber.
