Overview
The VL 01/12 LB vacuum firing furnace is designed for firing conventional dental ceramic veneers in air or under vacuum. All-round heating of the chamber ensures excellent temperature uniformity and fast heat-up. The motor-driven, lowerable lifting table (vacuum-tight up to Tmax) allows safe, ergonomic loading and precise positioning of small batches.

Controller
The furnace is controlled by the D580 controller with a 6.8" high-contrast colour touchscreen for intuitive program entry. Programs can be viewed graphically or as tables and the controller is freely programmable. Common firing profiles are available for free download from the Nabertherm download area and can be imported via USB for quick setup. Online monitoring is supported via the MyNabertherm App.
