Overview
Thermopress is a thermoforming press designed for the production and thermowelding of foot orthotics. It integrates a heated pressing plate, a heat shield, a digital control panel with LCD display and an orthotic cooling system with forced ventilation to optimise processing workflow and repeatability.

Performance and control
Engineered for consistent thermoforming and thermowelding, Thermopress delivers uniform heat distribution across the work surface and stable vacuum levels to ensure precise material fusion and dimensional accuracy of orthotic shells.

Heating and thermosealing
The aluminium heating plate is reinforced with titanium particles and finished with a nonstick coating to improve thermal absorption, accelerate heating cycles and provide even temperature across the 330 x 240 mm work area.

High-performance vacuum
Thermopress features the maintenance-free Maxpress vacuum pump which achieves optimal vacuum levels for reliable fusion of various orthotic materials. The system maintains constant pressure on the heated area to ensure uniform contact and consistent results.
