Overview
Podosmart is an orthotic thermoforming press that integrates a heated plate, a silicone membrane pressing system and a digital control panel in a compact unit, designed for production and adaptation of foot orthoses.

Control and operation

• Digital control panel with quick selection: 3 temperature levels, 3 vacuum levels and 4 time settings.

Heating and plate
Podosmart features an aluminium heating plate reinforced with titanium particles and a high-quality non-stick coating (PTFE) for fast, uniform heating across the working surface (360×270 mm), preventing adhesion during forming.

Vacuum system

• Maxpress vacuum system based on a maintenance-free vacuum pump, providing consistent vacuum levels for fusion and adaptation of various materials.

Pressing system
High-strength silicone membrane press with Unifix locking system that does not require anchors. The large working surface supports insoles up to size 52.

Applications

• Thermoforming, fusion and adaptation of plantar supports and custom insoles in podiatry laboratories and orthotic workshops.
