Clinical cases / Usage

• Clinical case 1: Treatment of peri-implantitis with granulation tissue removal and mechanical cleansing using R-Brush & I-Brush. R-Brush was used for granulation tissue removal and mechanical cleansing at 8,000 rpm with copious irrigation.
• Clinical case 2: Treatment of peri-implantitis with granulation tissue removal and mechanical cleansing using R-Brush & I-Brush. I-Brush was used for granulation tissue removal and mechanical cleansing in narrow and deep noncircumferential defect areas.

Procedure notes

• Decontaminate with chlorhexidine gluconate solution prior to surface treatment
• SLA implant surface: phosphate etching for 10 seconds, then rinse with saline
• For surface remineralization, β−TCP powder may be applied by air abrasion over the implant surface
