Microfluidic reservoir 615 Series

Overview
Nordson EFD analog gauge fluid reservoirs maintain steady fluid pressure to enable accurate, repeatable dispensing. They reduce contamination and evaporation and contain fumes for safer, more stable production processes.

Available Options

• Regulator choices: 0–15 psi (0–1 bar) for low-viscosity fluids and 0–100 psi (0–7 bar) for high-viscosity fluids.
• Recommended 5-micron filter/regulator when using plant air to prevent contaminants entering the system.
• Each tank ships complete with air regulator and gauge, air hose with shutoff valve, liner, and fluid feed tubing.

Series Details

• 615 Series: 1.0 liter (0.3 gallon) tank — accepts one pound/1 L bottles; recommended for pourable (low-viscosity) fluids.
• 626 Series: 5.0 liter (1 gallon) tank — supports poured liners or placing the fluid container directly into the reservoir for direct dispensing.

Notes

• Because tanks are charged with plant air, use the recommended 5-micron filter/regulator to avoid contamination from the air supply.
• Select regulator size based on fluid viscosity and dispensing requirements.
