The NOVASPINE BV1 brace by NOVATEX MEDICAL is a single-patient use bivalve thoraco-lumbo-sacral immobilization medical device. It provides rigid support from the sacrum to the sternum, combining the comfort of an elastic textile with a complete molding of the trunk thanks to an innovative resin structure. Its design frees the area under the armpits and the shoulder blades, allowing effective stabilization while preserving arm mobility.

• Safety and ease of use: The system is completely "clean". The mixing of the resin (polyols + hardener) is done without a machine, simply by pressing on the airtight flexible pouch. The chemical reaction takes place entirely inside: there is therefore no risk of inhalation, skin contact, and this guarantees a pollution-free "zero waste" process.
