ICSI – Today’s Solution to Infertility
ICSI demands a high level of skill and careful manipulation of cells under a microscope. An important determining factor to the success of this procedure is the performance of the microscope and manipulator. By combining an Olympus IX73 inverted microscope system with micromanipulators (available from dedicated 3rd party companies), the user has an excellent tool for IVF that offers both superior optical performance and an ideal working environment.

Motorized Middle Long Working Distance Condenser
The IX3-MLWCDA supports brightfield, DIC, relief-contrast and polarizing observations, as well as up to four optical elements of the turret, with motorized switching of the prism slider polarizer. The condenser is useful for sperm selection and spindle observation of oocytes, and offers motorized adjustment for spindle observation with optimum contrast.
