Product description The BF100 is an automatic blistering machine designed for industrial blister production using an alternate (intermittent) cycle. Products can be loaded manually or automatically via the universal “FULL BOX” loader. Machine settings and work cycles are managed from an operator panel controlled by a Siemens PLC (CFR21 compliance).

• Examples at 35 strokes/min: 1 blister/stroke ≈ 2,100 blisters/h (format 120×100 mm or smaller)
• 2 blisters/stroke ≈ 4,200 blisters/h (format 50×100 mm or smaller)
• 4 blisters/stroke ≈ 8,000 blisters/h (format 50×50 mm or smaller)
