BF 50 HT is an automatic thermoforming machine with alternating pitch designed to form containers and blisters for packaging medical items (syringes, vials, bottles, ampoules) and for blister packaging of liquid and solid pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and dietary products (capsules, tablets, candies). Maximum achievable rounded-corner blister-container: 180x100x27 mm (height). Pockets are preformed with a punch system before forming. Electrical and electronic control via Siemens PLC (CFR21 compliance); pitch controlled by a brushless motor. Main applications: packaging of vials, ampoules and pre-filled syringes with automatic or manual loading options.
