Description

Reliable top all-rounder when it counts Proven stent system with long-term clinical experience Combines the advantages of the sinus-XL with additional flexibility The sinus-XL-Flex is a versatile, self-expanding High-Flex stent for the treatment of obstructions of the curved segments of the inferior and superior vena cava, iliac vein and femoral vein. As a member of the XL family, it stands out for one special feature - it is approved for both the vena cava and the aorta. It is suitable for the treatment of vena cava syndrome, among other things, because the longitudinal flexibility¹ of the sinus-XL Flex stent allows the natural breathing movement of the chest. The syndrome can also be triggered by tumors pressing on the vena cava² - the so-called tumor compression. DETAILS A stent for the central vascular system Its open-cell design allows for a greater choice of treatment options, for both arterial and venous indications. It is approved for the large veins, but also for the aorta. ‍ High flexibility Due to the stretchable open-cell stent design Follows difficult anatomies The stent follows the natural course of the veins due to the properties of nitinol combined with the flexibility of the strut structure.³
