With a capacity of up to ten 250 mL round-bottom flasks (Cat# GS2162), or 125 mL with adapter rings (Cat# XA2286), this system is ideal for high-volume workflows using solvents with boiling points up to 70°C.
Designed for maximum efficiency, the unit integrates ten evaporation stacks into a single, space-saving footprint. Samples are arranged in a rotating circular design for easy access from the front, while the streamlined plumbing—one water inlet, one drain—reduces clutter and setup complexity. Solvent recovery can reach up to 97%, significantly cutting down on waste and solvent costs when paired with individual collection glassware.
The digitally controlled water bath provides precise, gentle heating (30°C–100°C) with a ±2°C accuracy, ensuring the integrity of sensitive compounds. Parallel water manifolds with quick-connect fittings, a rigid condenser supply tube, and integrated flow meter offer optimized control and flexibility. The included condenser manifold enables easy solvent recovery setup using either lab tap water or a recirculating chiller.
Optional enhancements include 240V wiring, a nitrogen purge manifold for inert atmospheres, and a Z-type purge system for improved safety in hazardous environments.
