Compact, Reliable Evaporation for Small Volume, Small Batch Samples The 24 Position MICROVAP is a compact nitrogen evaporator designed for efficiently concentrating small volume, small batch samples, such as those in microcentrifuge tubes and GC vials. Perfect for life sciences and pharmaceutical labs, this system maximizes limited bench space while delivering reliable, uniform evaporation. The MICROVAP can accommodate up to 24 samples at once and is customized for vials with an outer diameter of 10–17 mm. Additional sample blocks are available for different vial sizes, ensuring precise fit and optimal heat transfer. Organomation requests three sample vials or precise measurements of your vials upon order for custom heat block creation. The digital temperature controls and solid aluminum heating block provide consistent heat from ambient to 130°C with accuracy of ±2°C, supporting evaporation of both high and low boiling point solvents. The redesigned heating unit ensures stable performance even at low temperatures, with an unheated version available for ambient temperature evaporation. Gas flow is evenly distributed to all 24 samples, ensuring even evaporation across all vials. Stainless steel luer lock hubs and 4-inch, 19-gauge stainless steel needles allow for easy sample removal. As part of the MICROVAP family, this 24-position model is interchangeable with other MICROVAP sample blocks and manifolds, offering flexibility for growing labs.
