The ChibaSono by PAJUNK® is a next‑generation biopsy needle designed for ultrasound‑guided (and fluoroscopy‑guided) procedures. Developed with clinical input to improve tip visualisation and handling, the needle features echogenic enhancements and practical handling elements to support precise, efficient sampling in prenatal and other diagnostic workflows.

• Cornerstone Reflectors: 360° graduations on the first 20 mm (two sections) to enhance ultrasound visibility compared with nonechogenic needles.
• Tip option – Beveled Tip: Precision‑ground metal stylet for fluoroscopy‑guided procedures; reduced tissue carry‑out and improved needle stability.
• Tip option – US Tip: Special dual‑angle grinding to optimise ultrasound tip visibility; rounded blunt stylet set back from the tip to assist imaging and handling.
• Clear Plastic Hub: Early visual detection of fluid flow.
• Detachable Plastic Wings: Facilitate different gripping techniques and secure fixation.
• Retaining Clip (optional): Enables fixation of stylet and needle during procedure.
