The velcro tape attache to the corresponding velcro on the seat of the wheelchair and make the cushion stay in place better in the wheelchair. The mounting of the Cushion mounted seat bag, (art.no. 9900213) then also becomes easier when the procedure of attaching a velcro tape on the cusihion disappear.
