Description

The reactors are built according to GMP guidelines and ASME Div VIII code, in different grades of stainless steel (AISI 304-316-316L-316Ti) according to user requirements. These units can be designed to be subjected to pressure, vacuum, or atmospheric pressure according to the needs of the process. According to the requirements, they can be heated or cooled, either by means of coils, jackets or internal half-round pipes, or unit circuits, either divided or electrical. The insulation is made with mineral wool or expanded polyurethane whose covers are removable or welded and watertight. Agitation systems are set according to the product or technical specifications provided by the customer, and the most common are anchors, propellers, turbines, and flat/inclined blades, among others. Together with the equipment, our company provides a technical file which includes calculation logs, welding procedures, plans and graphics, material certificates, polishing certificates, welder’s qualifications, operation diagrams, etc. This documentation constitutes a fundamental element for the validation of the equipment before the authorities that request it.
