Description

This model offers an internal automatic cleaning system and bowl rinse that reduces the volume of water to use, avoiding manual tasks and amplifying the safety and repetition of the cleaning. In order to achieve that aim, it has a sanitary spinning pump, model SP-160, fully removable for cleaning, which offers low water consumption, with work pressure of 3kg/cm. 2 The equipment was designed and built following the GMP criteria and guidelines. The parts that are in contact with the product are made in AISI 316 stainless steel quality and the structure is made with AISI 304 quality. Some of the main characteristics are: - A compact peristaltic pump to add detergents. - A potable/purified water storage tank with heating jacket “suitable for steam” and insulation jacket. A temperature sensor PT-100 to report the liquid temperature and a level sensor to alert when there is not enough water inside the container. - Two (2) chemical cleaning bowls installed at the lid of the equipment. - Software provision and installation
