Universal loading system SILO

The loading system for silos is designed to feed raw materials by generating a vacuum inside a collecting tank. When loaded, it opens a valve that allows the loaded product to enter the container. The method consists of a side-channel regenerative turbine, with a stainless-steel collection tank, and sanitary termination with Teflon-coated fabric sleeve filters mounted on a fully washable stainless-steel plate. In addition, it has a 20-micron paper safety pre-filter, stainless-steel housing and connection accessories, pneumatically actuated clapper-type product discharge valve, sanitary seal to discharge silo content, interconnecting antistatic hoses and an automatic cleaning system composed of a buffer tank with high flow solenoid valves for the injection of airflow that facilitates cleaning. Advantages: Reduce powder loading time. Improve cleanliness in the productive sector. Allows vacuum loading, even in equipment not suitable for vacuum.
