How does it work?
Heat is generated by air-oxidation of the patch ingredients when exposed to oxygen. Local warming causes vasodilation and increases blood flow, which can reduce pain, relax muscles, lessen muscle spasm and stiffness, and improve flexibility and range of motion. Penetrating heat can facilitate exercise in patients with arthritis and may relieve dysmenorrhea when applied to the lower back or abdomen. Increased blood flow delivers oxygen and nutrients to support tissue recovery.
