The BioVisor RC software facilitates the interpretation of the results obtained with RealCycler products for the detection and quantification of pathogens. The BioVisor RC imports the fluorescence data from the Real-time PCR instrument, it automatically analyses them and it issues a report with the result. The application is validated for the SmartCycler (Cepheid), CFX96 (Bio-Rad), ABI7500 (Life Technologies), MIC (Biomolecular Systems) and RotorGene (Qiagen).
