Description
Steam cleaning of dental prostheses and instruments generates a steam mist that carries particles, wax residues and aerosols into the laboratory air. The REITEL BIOSTEAM CENTER prevents this by capturing the steam mist at source with an integrated extraction system and directing it through a dedicated condensation filter. Contaminants are retained and condensate collects in a built-in tank; no external water connection is required.

Design and operation
The stainless steel housing, bright integrated LED work light and foot-switch control make the BIOSTEAM CENTER suitable for daily use in dental laboratories. With a power consumption of 230 W, a weight of 35 kg and compact dimensions of 600 x 540 x 510 mm, it can be placed flexibly at the workstation. The condensate tank is drainable from both sides. An adjustable acrylic splash guard is available as an option.

The BIOSTEAM CENTER is designed to operate together with REITEL steam cleaners STEAMY MINI, SUPERSTEAM and TRONADA, creating a complete workstation solution for dental laboratories.
