Ritter PCR plates are constructed with 2 components plastics: polycarbonate rigid frame and polypropylene thin wells for optimal thermal transfer. The wells are white to ensure high quality qPCR results by concentrating fluorescent signal, preventing loss of signal, and allowing for better signal detection by the instrument.
